By placing an order through Melinn Toronto, you agree to the terms below. These terms ensure that both parties understand and agree to this arrangement, providing mutual protection and setting clear expectations for our service.


1. General

Subject to stock availability, we strive to maintain accurate inventory counts. However, there may occasionally be a stock discrepancy, and we may not be able to fulfill all items in your order. In such cases, we will contact you to determine whether you prefer to wait for restocking or receive a store credit.


2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The shipping fee will be charged at the time of purchase. This will be the final price for shipping costs on your order.


3. Returns

Return conditions are outlined in the Return and Refund Policy, which can be found at the bottom of the website.


4. Shipping and Delivery Conditions

4.1 Estimated Delivery Times

Orders shipped internationally typically take 4 days in transit. However, this period may extend up to 15 days depending on the shipping method selected and the supplier handling the order.

4.2 Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days after payment. We allow a 24-hour window in case customers need to modify their shipping address.

Our fulfillment teams operate from Monday to Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays, during which shipments will not be processed.

For orders placed at Melinn Toronto, the maximum processing time is 3 business days. While most orders are shipped earlier, delivery can take 1 to 3 weeks during peak periods.

It is important to distinguish between shipping and delivery:

  • Shipping refers to the time it takes for the order to leave the warehouse.
  • Delivery refers to the time it takes for the order to reach the final destination.

While we strive for faster delivery, some exceptions may require a maximum of 3 weeks for delivery.


4.3 Delayed Deliveries & Customer Compensation

If your order has not arrived after 3 weeks, we will provide solutions such as:

  • Reshipping your order at no additional cost.
  • Offering a store credit that exceeds the value of your original order.

We rarely experience such delays, but Melinn Toronto is growing rapidly, and we want to anticipate potential issues by informing you of our customer service policy in advance.

If you received your order confirmation email more than 3 weeks ago, please reply to the confirmation email or contact us at contact@melinn-toronto.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Email address used for the order
  • First and last name
  • List of items ordered (approximate if necessary)
  • Date of order

To expedite the process, please include "Delivery Delay – [Your Order Number]" in the email subject line (e.g., "Delivery Delay – #125698").

Our customer service team will respond within 24 business hours to resolve the situation.


4.4 Address Changes

You may request a shipping address change anytime before the order has been shipped.


4.5 P.O. Box Deliveries

Melinn Toronto only ships to P.O. boxes using standard postal services. We do not offer courier services to P.O. boxes at this time.


4.6 Military Address Deliveries

We can ship to military addresses via USPS. However, we cannot provide courier service to military addresses.


4.7 Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to choose between:

  • Waiting for restocking
  • Receiving a store credit (with a value exceeding your original order amount)

4.8 Exceeding Estimated Delivery Time

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your delivery in real-time based on updates from the shipping provider.


6. Damaged Parcels in Transit

If a package arrives damaged in transit, we recommend the following:

  • If possible, refuse delivery and inform our customer service team.
  • If the package was delivered while you were absent, contact our support team at contact@melinn-toronto.com as soon as possible.

7. Taxes & Duties

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax is already included in the item price as displayed on Melinn Toronto at checkout.


8. Order Cancellations

If you change your mind before your order is shipped, we can accept cancellations at any time. However, if the order has already been shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy at the bottom of the page.


9. Insurance

All packages are insured against damage or loss up to the declared value by the shipping carrier.

  • A package is officially lost when the postal service confirms the loss.
  • If the postal service confirms delivery, it will be considered valid.

Due to an increasing number of fraudulent claims, we rely on postal tracking data rather than customer declarations alone. However, Melinn Toronto will always strive to satisfy customers by:

  • Reshipping the items at no cost.
  • Offering a store credit exceeding the value of the original order.

9.1 Damaged Parcels – Resolution Process

For damaged parcels, we follow our Return & Refund Policy, which can be found at the bottom of the website.


9.2 Lost Parcels – Resolution Process

If the postal service confirms a package is lost in transit, we will:

  • Reship the items free of charge.
  • Offer a store credit exceeding the original order value.
